Do these movies & TV episodes have subtitles or closed captions?
Foreign-language titles always display subtitles in English. English language titles do not have subtitle options. None of the movies & TV episodes that you can watch instantly offer closed captioning.
It may surprise you to hear this is alarmingly common- not just with Netflix, but with *ALL* online media.
I mean.. why? It's the digital revolution... as long as you're hearing, I guess.

Wait, that's crazy! I've got an ancient tv in my bedroom that has the cctv option available. With all of the crap that can be stored on a dvd, why they don't have english subtitles available is really baffling.
